Which is building B?

The B building is the building to the west, closest to the trailer homes.

Do you prorate rent when we move out?

Although we prorate the rent when you move in, we do not prorate the rent when you move out.  The final month is the full monthly cost. 

Do I need to bring my own lock?

Yes, you are required to provide your own lock.  We recommend using a disc lock.

How should I keep my belongings safely stored?

Do I need a gate code?

If you rented unit B33 - B42 you will need gate access.  You can email us at info@sterlingcostorage.com or call us at 970-571-1825 to request that information.  All other units will not require a gate access code.

What do I do if my storage unit has been tampered with?

Call the local authorities immediately to file a police report.  They can be reached at (970)522-3512.

What do I do if I notice suspicious activity around the storage units?

We greatly appreciate your additional eyes and ears to keep the storage units safe and secure.  In the event you ever notice anything that feels off, please call the local authorities to check it out.  You can call them at (970)522-3512.  Please also notify the site manager at (970)571-1825.
